Seller notice:
1. The payment account information you use must be consistent with your real-name authentication information on the platform;
2. After receiving the buyer's full payment and verifying it is correct, the currency should be released within 30 minutes;
3. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, the buyer/customer service shall not be required to cancel the order without the buyer’s consent;
4. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, no objection to the price of an order that has been created without the consent of the buyer;
5. If you have uncompleted orders or disputes with the buyer, please keep your contact information (mobile phone number bound to the platform) open.
Risk warning and exemption:
1. You fully understand the high risks of OTC transactions, including but not limited to the risk of large fluctuations in cryptocurrency, the higher credit risks of counterparties under OTC transactions, and the higher compliance risks of legal currency transactions;
2. You have sufficient investment knowledge and experience, and have the ability to bear the risks of OTC transactions, and agree to independently bear all risks arising from investing in OTC transactions;
3. Before conducting an OTC transaction, you have read and understood all the contents of these rules, terms of use, and relevant platform rules, and have consulted relevant professionals, and will decide whether and how to complete the OTC transaction based on their suggestions and your own reasonable judgment;
4. Under OTC transactions, the platform is not the actual transaction party. Therefore, any disputes between users due to OTC transactions have nothing to do with the platform. The platform has the right but not the obligation to undertake dispute resolution functions, nor is it obligated to bear physical obligations or responsibilities to any party (Including but not limited to liability);
5. You agree and authorize the platform to take all reasonable measures (including but not limited to canceling transactions under certain circumstances, restricting account functions, etc.) in accordance with these rules, terms of use, and relevant platform rules to protect you, the platform and other users Legal rights;
6.
